'Hi-Lo'
The Walls acclaimed debut album. In the five years leading up to its completion, Joe and Steve Wall have been gone from a studio in the west of Ireland to a two year stint in London, then to Dublin where they started the independant Earshot Records and The Walls became a four piece band with the arrival of Carl Harms and Rory Doyle. 'Hi-Lo' is this journeys soundtrack, and the music reflects the development of the band along the way, their changing approach to writing and recording, though a strong song is always at the core.

What the press said:
'The Walls are in fine form, with their debut album, 'Hi-Lo' proving that the Stunning brothers haven't lost it when it comes to penning a killer tune.' 'A mightily impressive album !' - Hot Press

'Well crafted tightly wound grooves packed with rootsy guitar licks, choppy keyboards, squiggly synths and deadly accurate lyrics' - Irish Times

'A first-class product' - The Event Guide

'Hi-Lo is a brilliant and wonderfully catchy album. Lashed together with stinging guitars and an open minded approach to production, the Beckish 'Bone Deep' and 'New Born Baby' are highlights. 'Hi-Lo' is a musically diverse, grown up album with a real melodic kick.' - RTE Guide
