How the shop works
*Simply browse around the shop, adding items that you would want to buy.
*However before you checkout, please do check your cart to make sure all items are correct.
*If you want to modify the amount of items ordered or even delete items, you can do so from the 'view cart' link.
*When checking out, please make sure that all billing and shipping information entered is correct.
*Then simply proceed with your order. The last page you will see confirms your shipping/billing information, as well as the items ordered.
*Once you click the 'submit' button, your order will be processed. You will then be emailed notification of your order.
Payment Methods
*CREDIT CARDS ONLY Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard CREDIT CARDS (No Debit Cards).
*You can also pay in Euros by international money order, bank draft or postal order (Ireland). NO CASH ACCEPTED.
*It must be made payable to Coolgard Ltd , and sent to

*If you're paying this way, send your order through the web shop as normal, except fill in the credit card number section with the words ‘posting money' and fill in expiry date with that days date.
*On the next page you'll see the grand total-this is the amount (including postage) that you need to send to the above address.
*Submit your order as normal. When we get it we'll wait for the money to arrive before sending out the order.
*You will be notified if any items are not in stock.
Shipping
*Orders are shipped by standard airmail with the Irish postal system.
*The costs are based on their current charges.
General terms and conditions
*We have a secure web order & credit card facility.
*Any credit card orders will be charged in Euros.
*All credit card orders are checked for credit clearance before being sent.
*All money drafts/postal orders must be cleared at our bank before orders are sent.
*All orders will be sent to the shipping address.
Booking Tickets
1. Add the number of Tickets required to Cart, check details are correct & click on Checkout
2. Enter all your details & click on Submit
3. Confirm details are correct & click on Submit
* Your Ticket request will be queued and you will receive confirmation within 24 hours.
* All tickets can only be confirmed subject to availability.
* Booking fee of EUR 2.00 + 3% Credit Card bank charge will apply on each transaction. Your card will not be debited if tickets are unavailable.
* No Tickets will be posted
* Bring the booking reference and your Credit Card to the venue on the night of the show to gain admission.
* In the event of cancellation we will refund Ticket Price if an alternative date is not organised. There will be no further compensation.
